USA Truck is a dry van truckload carrier transporting general commodities via our General and Dedicated Freight divisions and our Trailer-on-Flat-Car Intermodal service offerings. We transport commodities throughout the continental United States, into, and out of portions of Canada. We also transport general commodities into and out of Mexico by allowing through-trailer service from our terminal in Laredo, Texas. Our Freight Brokerage division and our Container-on-Flat-Car Intermodal service offerings provide customized transportation solutions using our technology and multiple modes of transportation including our assets and the assets of our partner carriers.

Professional Development
Our commitment to every employee is to provide the tools necessary to aide in their professional development. Courses involve techniques that allow all employees to sharpen their leadership abilities and knowledge of the innermost workings of USA Truck and the transportation industry. Management Trainee Program
We are looking for qualified people that possess integrity, positive energy, passion and vision to offer an opportunity for a challenging yet rewarding career. Our program has proven success in allowing management level placement of employees who have completed our yearlong development process. For almost 20 years, our Management Trainee Program has successfully produced leaders all the way to Executive management. Candidates for consideration should meet the following criteria:
• Minimum of 3.0 GPA
• College graduate from an accredited university
• Light travel and opportunity for relocation
• Established leadership experience through campus or community involvement
• Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Superior professionalism
• Self motivated, focused, driven and enthusiastic
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change

Long-Term Savings: Employees may elect to contribute a percentage of their salary to our 401(k) plan before tax. The money is accumulated in your account, similar to a savings account. After one year, the company contributes 50 cents for every dollar contributed by the employee, up to 4% of salary.
