Mr. Speed has served as a director of the Company since 1988. Mr. Speed served as Chairman of the Board from 1988 until he retired from that position in 2000. Prior to his employment by us, Mr. Speed was employed by ABF Freight System, Inc., a national trucking company and a subsidiary of Arkansas Best Corporation for more than 20 years.
