Dear Valued Customer,
The health and safety of our customers and team members are USAT Capacity Solutions’ top priority. We want you to know that we closely monitor developments related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), including all updates provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization, and our local health officials in the communities we operate. Our leadership team is working closely with all of our business units.
We want to share with you what we are doing in response to ensure no interruptions in operations:
No outside vendors are allowed on-site for in-person meetings. Certain exceptions, like vendors who provide essential on-site services for continuing operations, are exempt from this guidance.
Masks are required to be worn by all persons inside our facilities, including any essential vendors.
Where available, meetings are encouraged to be on a virtual platform. Any essential in-person meetings are encouraged to be in a space large enough to accommodate social distancing.
Persons traveling for business purposes are to follow USAT Covid response guidelines as well as any local guidelines. The person traveling is encouraged to know the location’s guidelines and response prior to arriving.
Our Business Continuity Plan allows for remote work arrangements for non-essential employees.
These precautions and safeguards were made with you in mind, based on recommendations from local, state, and federal health officials whose experts are working tirelessly to safeguard our health.
Please contact your USAT representative if you have any questions.
