In the Driver Challenge, Payne was followed by runner-up Tom Miller; Joseph Demuth (third), James Simons (fourth), Steven Cazee (fifth) and Jodie Yoder (sixth). They will comprise the driving portion of Team USA Truck at the Arkansas Trucking Championship July 14-16 in Rogers.
Miller took first in skills test, Demuth earned top score in the pre-Trip inspection and April Coolidge turned in the highest written exam score.
Each technician and driver completed a rigorous qualifying exam to earn the chance to compete for our Company championship. In addition, several USA Truck vendors and suppliers, as well as the Arkansas Highway Patrol, volunteered their time and resources to provide materials and administer the process.
